No. Booking through CliniZentro is free for patients. You pay the consultation fee shown on the profile directly to the clinic when you visit, unless the clinic says otherwise.

It depends on the clinic. Many confirm automatically. If a clinic reviews bookings first, the page says so and the clinic confirms with you by phone or message.

Use the link in your confirmation message, or call the clinic using the number on its page. Please cancel early so someone else can take the slot.

We have checked that the doctor’s medical registration number and council were provided and reviewed by our team. It is not a guarantee of treatment outcomes.

Doctors appear only if they and their clinic chose to be listed and have online booking switched on. You can ask your doctor to join, or call the clinic directly.

No. In an emergency call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Online booking is for planned visits.
